Question:
I have a 2006 Fleetwood Excursion Motorcoach. I need to install a brake controller so I can brake a 20 foot car hauler. The coach has air brakes and I found three modules under the dash labeled, brake controller, engine and exhaust brake. The one labeled brake controller is the hardest to get to and is wrapped in plastic tubing and plastic ties. Thanks.

Well it sounds like you did the hard part and found the brake output circuit under the dash of your 2006 Fleetwood Excusion for installing a brake controller. This should be the circuit to attach the output circuit of your controller to which will carry the brake signal back to the rear of the coach.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup. This is a proportional brake controller that senses the amount of braking the tow vehicle is applying and applies a proportionate amount to the trailer brakes.
The blue wire of the controller would get ran to the output circuit you found, the white wire of the controller would get grounded, the red wire would get ran to the stoplight circuit of your coach, and finally the black wire would get ran to the positive post of your battery through a circuit breaker like part # 9510.
