Yes. Based on the research I did on the 2003 Fleetwood Bounder RV, they are wired with a 7-Way connection at the rear of the RV. Fleetwood recommend the use of a supplemental brake controller when towing another vehicle.
When towing a trailer equipped with electric brakes, you can use an electric brake controller, like the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, # 90885. I spoke with my contact at Fleetwood, and he stated that the blue wire for electric brakes is attached to circuit 020 under the hood of the RV.
If your RV does not have this wire, you can run your own 10 gauge wire from a brake controller installed in the cab, back to the 7-Way connections blue wire at the rear of the vehicle. Either way you will have to hardwire the brake controller to the 7-Way wiring. Because there are so many models of Bounder, he could not state just one location where all the wires needed will be. So you will more than likely have to trace the wires back from the 7-Way to find out where they go.
You would then attach blue to blue, white to white, red to red, and black to black between the RV wiring and brake controller wiring.
