Although we don't have a kit that includes the bearings/seal all in one package, you can certainly obtain the parts separately.

You'll need:

# 25580 inner bearing and its # 25520 race
# LM67048 outer bearing and its # LM67010 race
# 21325 Double Lip Grease Seal (cross references to the NOK seal you referenced)

# 5-101 spindle washer
# 165649 cotter pin
