Question:
Do you have a picture of the the fastening area of the mirror. I like to change the ones I have with these but I am not sure if I need to drill different holes.

I attached a picture of the mounting surface of the K Source Custom Towing Mirrors # KS61067-68F that you referenced. As long as you have one of the vehicles this mirror has been confirmed to fit it would work well for you without having to drill any holes.
This mirror will fit the following vehicles:
2000 - 2005 Ford Excursion Manual Mirror
1999 - 2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Manual Mirror
1999 - 2007 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 Cab and Chassis Manual Mirror
