Does it matter what sway control I get for my distribution kit ,I have a Reese kit?

If you are looking for a friction sway control system to go with your Reese weight distribution system you can use any of them. The Reese part # 83660 that you referenced would be a great choice as it's just as good as the other brands but doesn't cost quite as much.
