Mobile home axles are meant for one-time use only according to the manufacturer. I advise against continuing to use them. Also, there isn't a hub and drum assembly that would fit (unless the inner and outer bearings on the axle are standard. I would have to know the bearing numbers to check).
It might actually be more cost effective to replace the axles with some that come with hubs and drums and electric brakes. That way you get all new parts that are all standard and compatible with each other.
We have 2 straight axles that have hubs/drums, and electric brakes. First is # e43SR. This is a 3500 pound axle that measures 89" from hub face to hub face and 74" from spring center to spring center. the hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
The other option is # 35545E-ST-89. It is basically the same except it does not have EZ lube spindles and the other axle does.
