Will the 6000 lb kit work with the reese 15k fifth wheel frame brackets on my 2015 f-150 with 5.5 foot box ?

Yes, the Timbren rear suspension system # TFR1504D you referenced will work with the Reese fifth wheel frame brackets # RP56034-53 or # RP50087-58 on your 2015 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed.
The reason is the Timbren springs # TFR1504D installs on the bottom and inboard side of the frame and the Reese base rails # RP56034-53 and RP50087-58 mount on the outboard side of the frame. See figure 1 item 1 and 2 in the alternate instructions I linked for you.
