The replacement Hand Wheel Lock for Model 6 and 60 Actuator, # T2338300, contains one hand wheel lock and does not come with a spring. For replacement springs you will want the Latch Repair Kit for Titan Multi-Fit Couplers and Brake Actuators # T4045400.
