Can the B and W Gooseneck Turnover Be Converted to a 3 inch Hitch ball

Can you remove the ball off the square base to convert to a 3inch ball or do I need to buy a new setup

If you have a B and W Turnover Gooseneck hitch and you want to tow a trailer that has a 3 inch ball coupler installed on it all you would need to do is remove the ball from the hitch and replace it with the # BWGNXA2025 that you referenced.
