I called our representative at Reese and the hitch part number 41115 you referenced will only fit the 1975-1991 Ford Econoline E150, E250 and E350 vans.
Specifically:
1975 - 1983 Ford, E-100 Econoline Van, Full Size, All Models

The part number 41115 was made obsolete in 2006.
