Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this CURT adjustable channel mount three inch diameter lunette ring. Has a 12,000 pound weight capacity. Now, this lunette ring is designed to couple with either a pintle hook, a ball and pintle combination, or even a clevis bar. You can mount this lunette ring in an adjustable channel bracket on your trailer to get a strong durable attachment point for your pintle hitch. Now, the adjustable channel brackets, we do sell those separately on our website.
You can use the CURT part number C48610 or part number CURT C48650. And I just wanna pop up an insert and show you what one of those channel brackets look like. You can see it's designed where this will insert into the channel bracket. It does mount to those channel brackets that have a three inch inside width. Now, the adjustable channel mount will let you change the height of the lunette ring depending on your application.
You could just move this up or down in the channel to get the correct height you need. The distance between these mounting holes center to center is two inches. Now, this is a strong forged steel construction. We mentioned the weight capacity which is stamped on it is 12,000 pounds. And the inner diameter, which is gonna be the inside opening right here, to show you that's gonna be right at three inches.
And then the overall diameter from outside to outside is right about 6-1/8 inches. But that should do it for the review on this CURT adjustable channel mount three inch diameter lunette ring with the 12,000 pound weight capacity.

exellent. A very heavy duty adjustable lunette. purchased to install on one of my trailers so i can pull it with different trucks. As heavy built as it is i don't for see any problems with it.

I would suggest to etrailer.com that when y'all have an extenuating backorder situation, contact the customer with alternative options/suitable substitutes.
I was watching my order for about 7-10 days with no movement.
Had I not called and learned of a nearly 2 month backorder, I would still be waiting for parts, unknowingly it would be a 2 month delay.
That's unacceptable.

Just got to welding this on with my buddy. Product itself is strong and seems very durable. Nice clean surface to weld to. So far I am very happy with the way it pulls. My only complaint is (which is partially my fault for waiting so long to open it) I ordered in advanced and then had to wait about a month for my buddy to be available to use his welder. Within that month I didn't realize the nuts for the small bolts that come with it to bolt the bracket on for extra strength were missing. When I contacted customer support they said their policy is I had to notify within 5 days so this was void. Although they were helpful on telling me what assembly package I could buy from them or what bolt I could buy from a store near me.
