The 97960 fuel kit does it have a gravity shut off valve that automatically shuts fuel off when the OEM tank is full

The Connector Kit for DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tank # DZ97960 that you referenced does have a gravity feed to transfer diesel fuel from your auxiliary tank to your OEM tank but there is no automatic shutoff. The kit includes a fitting with a manually operated valve, as shown in the linked photo.
