This works well with the Malone kayak rack and provides the help I need raising my 14ft kayak onto the roof of my car
I got this to help load my kayaks. As of now me and wife were able to load with some difficulty, but we know we're getting older and help would be nice.
This is just that, a great help! It's well built and etrailer has the best price, and delivery was fast with no damage!
This is an ingenious system for loading a kayak on top of a tall car such as our minivan. We were able to use it the first time out without difficulty. A nice alternative to the much more expensive Thule Hullivator. The required kayak carriers can be folded so we can still put the car in the garage, which would not have been possible with the Hullivator. . In addition, we were able to use it with our current roof rack. No need to buy a new one. The verdict is out on how durable it will be over time but we are pleased with the initial use of it.
I think the Telos XL Load Assist works fine but the Kayak I purchased was 74 lbs and 34 inches wide so it just did not fit the Malone J-Style Kayak Carriers. I never used this product but it seems to be of very good quality.
Needed something that would help me load our kayaks on top of my pickup. After much research went with the Telox XL coupled with the Malone Sea Wings. This combo is great. A lot less effort then lifting and sliding the yaks from the tailgate. Good investment.
Telos XL loader came today, even tho my projected reception was in september. It makes it a lot easier to get my kayak on the roof of my Yukon, which probably will translate to more kayaking. Thanks for prompt service and good products!

Exactly what a old lady needs to load a 10foot kayak.
They broke the second time they were used in a design flaw and as a result we had much less kayak time in our 2022 Alaska adventure. We were hugely disappointed and with no cell or WIFI signal out in the bush, we could not report this within the time for a refund or replacement from manufacturer.

Little bit of a learning curve to figure out the best way to use the load assist.
Ordered it on a Wednesday, was on my doorstep the next day.
Excelent product. At our age, it Will allow us to continue kayaking for many more years.
Really well made - a bit heavy but confidence building for hoisting a 67 kayak.
