Switching to LEDs means better visibility without taxing your electrical system. This amber Optronics clearance or side marker light uses six white LEDs behind an amber lens to produce a clean, bright glow. At 12.8V it only draws 0.057 amps, so you get strong light output while keeping power use minimal. And because LEDs last up to 50 times longer than incandescent bulbs, you won’t be dealing with brittle filaments or constant bulb swaps.
If your trailer sees water or rough weather, this light is built to handle it. The polycarbonate housing and lens are sonically sealed into a single waterproof unit, keeping moisture from reaching the diodes or circuit board. Whether it’s rain or full submersion, the sealed design protects the internals and keeps the light shining.
Getting it mounted is straightforward. The light surface mounts with 3" center-to-center hole spacing (hardware not included) and uses a simple two-wire setup—one lead for power and one for ground. At 4" long, 1" wide, and 1-3/16" thick, it fits easily onto most flat surfaces for a clean look that stays put.
This light’s P2 rating gives you a 90-degree total beam spread—45 degrees to either side of center. That means it works perfectly as a clearance or side marker light when positioned correctly, providing bright, direct visibility that meets DOT standards for safety.
The lens and housing are made from impact-resistant polycarbonate that holds up to vibration, road debris, and UV exposure. It’s the kind of setup you can install once and rely on for years, backed by a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.

This is Optronics Thin Line LED Trailer Clearance Light, part number MCL66AB. This light is sealed and waterproof, so it is safe to use on boat or jet ski trailers. Inside are 6 LEDs that draw a total of .048 amps at 12.8 volts. It is designed to surface mount to your trailer using mounting holes that are 3 inches on center. On the back of the light are your 2 wire leads. The white wire lead with an eye-ring terminal for ground and the black lead for power. Next, we will hook up the light to a power source, so you can see how it looks. We will connect the white to our ground and we will connect the black to our power. It took awhile to find the replacement for the originals, but these are the ones. My originals were Peterson M160A

These lights worked really nice fitting in to the corner openings on my Pace trailer. I love the fact that they are LED and don't pull much if any battery load.

It would be difficult , if not impossible, to have a more helpful person facilitating the placing of an order than Paula at etrailer. I swapped out all incandescent light fixtures on my trailer with led, and the buyiing/ selection process was made a pleasure with her help.
Nice an bright. Holes lined up perfectly for my 2000 EZ Loader trailer and Skeeter. Only downside was that overall the light was slightly shorter than the OEM light which meant I had a hole to plug.
I have used etrailer on several occasions and have been very pleased to find the items I needed here when I couldn't find them anywhere else. They're site is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. They are friendly and are eager to please. I highly recommend them for all your trailer needs.

Great. Couldnt be happier. Still like new and saltwater is incredibly corrosive.
I bought these to replace all the old ones on a camper re-fit. I bought both Amber and Red. I replaced the entire fixture and it was worth the effort. These are very bright and moisture proof so they don't get bad connections. I soldered the wires into the wiring though.

Very nice, being waterproof and they are more than bright enough also. It was a good investment compared to the standard bulb kind that were on the camper by far.
