Great trailer hitches and great prices, and they ship really fast. Their trailer hitch kits are great. Fairly easy to install with videos to help you understand how to install them. This hitch seemed like a very heavy duty well made unit. It fit very well. My only minor suggestion would be to make the rectangular washers a little skinnier. They were a little difficult to get through the slot. I was impressed with the pull wires which made the fasteners very easy to get in place. I plan on mostly using this hitch for a bike rack and have no doubt it will be a great match.

Great, using it today.
Excellent product, I waited a few weeks to review so I could get my initial impressions. I have an Edge Sport and like others have mentioned it has a different rear bumper than the other trim levels of the edge. The only reason I cannot give this product 5 stars is once the heat shield is removed your rear bumper does seem loose. I wish there was a product that could work with the hitch and bumper to provide more support to the rear bumper. If you have any other trim level edge this shouldn't be an issue though. I chose this particular hitch over the other options due to it being mainly hidden under the bumper, to me this is a much better look than having a bar beneath your bumper. I did take the hitch and the wiring harness to a local hitch installer to have it professionally installed so I cannot speak to the skills or time needed other than it took the shop a total of two hours to complete the wiring and hitch install.
The customer service was great and delivery was on time.
perfect fit, easy install, di not have to remove heat shield for muffler. removed plastic fascia and instructions say to discard the fascia, but you can figure out how to modify(cut) and reinstall to support the plastic bumper.
Overall, looks and works perfect!
Returning customer, so not real surprised at the quality of the Curt Class 3 Trailer Hitch that I was unpacking. All hardware for installation was present in the package (we’ve all been there) with adequate instructions; however I [watched video] it…well my wife and I installed it in the garage problem free. So there you have it. Would recommend!!
Easy professional install. Looks like it is part of the original car from the factory rather than after market add on. No need to make any cuts to the car for the install. Great customer service and extremely fast order processing.
Easy to install and everything went together as per the instructions.

Still performing well
Hitch looks good but the photos in the instructions were terrible.
As usual, etrailer knows how to deliver the right product to us.
The installation instructions were very easy to follow. The installation was seamless. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would buy this again.
This is the second hitch I.ve ordered from etrailer. I.ve had no issues with either of them.
One suggestion......while there was no damage to the hitch, the box is arrived in was pretty banged up.
Great design & construction & not too hard to install. I love how the look is not too bulky looking like most hitch receivers look so all you see is the receiver it self five stars
