The most concealed hitch for your 2023 Ford Edge is going to be the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 75234. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Ford with included hardware.
I really like the Draw-Tite hitch because it installs just below your rear bumper cover, leaving only the receiver and safety hooks visible. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed. Installation requires removal of a metal stud from the frame using a die grinder or other tool.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118805 for the standard Edge model or item # C73FR for the Titanium models and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 75234 is confirmed to fit the Titanium and Standard models of the 2023 Ford Edge.
