Easy install, under 30 minutes without help - and I'm 69 years old.... Took longer to get the stickers off.... 2024 Lexus RX350

I am a fairly small girl and installed by myself so trying to hold this thing up with one hand and position it with the other and then try to get the bolts in without anyone else to hold it was a little difficult but I was still able to do it in about 2 hours start to finish including tightening the bolts!
If I had a second person it surely would have taken < 15 minutes. I have a 2023 RX 350h and all you had to do was line it up and bolt it in. Didn’t need to touch the exhaust or anything, it fit well first try once i got it positioned (if you’re by yourself i recommend using skateboards lol much easier to rest it on and roll forward/back so it’s not twisted when u bolt).
Turned out great! Looks sleek. Had to turn up the exposure super high to see it in the pictures because it blends in pretty well
I'm a little perturbed. The hitch receiver perfectly matched up with some tabs that were on the plastic bumper cover (see pics). Because of those tabs, the holes would not line up to start the bolts.
For fear of voiding my warranty (who knows?), I won't state what part of a Dremel or of tin-snips that I may or may not have used to customize the fit.
But before the customization, it did not perfectly fit my vehicle.

Otherwise, the hitch receiver seems robust. All I plan on doing with it is carrying my bike(s) on my Kuat rack.
Precisely built and of good quality, this is my second hitch like this. I installed it is 45 mins by my self with the help of a couple of wooden boxed to rest the receiver on. Did not have to drop the exhaust. Did have to trim 2 small this plastics tabs from the inside of the bumper. Not bad for a 74 year old.
Well built and perfect fit. The one end was sticking out the top of the box. Maybe wrap it with cardboard? Took me and my friend “jack” about 40 minutes to install. Does not interfere with rear lift gate sensor. Happy with purchase.
It was extremely easy to find and order the Curt hitch for my 2025 Lexus RX350 and I was surprised it shipped on the same day and the tracking was dead accurate. The installation couldn’t have been easier. I installed it by myself is less than 30 minutes. You guys are the best!
Fast delivery. Boxed well. Fairly easy install by my self (it took some props and magic). I am glad I purchased the better model hitch.
Dealer installation was quick and hitch was not excessively visible. Just what I was hoping.
I have a 2024 RX 350 Premium, the hitch fits perfectly, I didn't have to remove or lower the exhaust, it took me about 40 minutes, it could take less time with the help of somebody but it's definitely something you can do on your own if you have the tools or you can just take it to local shop and pay a few bucks. I raised the car a few inches to give me enough room to work the wrench but not really necessary if u have a smaller torque.
The trunk kick open/close sensor still works, however you have bring your foot to slightly touch the hitch for the sensor to react to your foot.

Hitch worked perfectly on 2025 RX350h. Install was as described except for a small plastic tab sticking out on the bottom of the bumper. Simply removed it with a hacksaw blade so the hitch could match up with the bolt holes. Hitch very well made but packaging not so good. Hitch had come through in three points. The mounting brackets as well as the center tube. Coating was scratched and chipped in a few locations. Integrity of the products was not compromised but definitely could provide better packaging for shipping
The fit was incredible! I did not have to drop my exhaust and I installed it by myself within a half hour.. The look is great and as described, now I have a receiver for my bike rack and storage basket, I can also tow if it becomes necessary..

The hitch mount fit just fine. A little tricky to get in place by myself, but I persevered. I would recommend a helper. The box arrived damaged, the tangs were protruding from the box, but it's a chunk of metal, so it was fine. It had broken free from the internal tie downs inside the box. I've attached a photo.
The trailer hitch arrived on schedule and only took about 20 minutes to install. My son was able to help, which made it much easier. The hitch looks solid. I'm looking forward to using it.
Let's talk about excellent customer service. I needed this hitch and it seemed no one else had it. I was kept informed and able to plan my vacation. Everything went as I was told. The price was the best too. These folks do what they say!

Works great easy installation completed solo in 15 min.
Installed in 30 minutes. Very high quality.
For shipping, the corners of frame need to be wrapped or box needs reinforcement so frame doesn't cut through cardboard box and get scratched.

Bought this for my 2024 Lexus RX350h. Received hitch two days after ordering online. Product was in excellent condition when received. I installed it myself using bungee cords on either end to hold receiver up and level while I maneuvered into position to attach bolts. Tight fit, but did not need to lower muffler.
Receiver is recessed 3" from outside of my bumper. Works well with my Kuat bike rack.
The fitment on the hitch was perfect. Still trying to figure out how to find and relocate my kick sensor for the hatch opening, but that’s a Alexis problem would highly recommend this product and service shipment was fast and easy.
Very prompt service. though packaging could be better, as when the product was delivered…box was already half opened.

Hitch arrived on time, fit the vehicle and installed in 5 min longer than suggested time. Only issue is the box was damaged and area chipped/scuffed right at the hitch opening. Think better protection could be implemented.

Fits perfect. Was very easy to install. Took about 20 minutes. Would have been faster but I was doing it by myself and didn’t have anything tall enough to prop up the other side of the trailer hitch. Some advice: Put some Teflon tape or grease on the bolts in case you need to take it off some day. I didn’t do that with my last trailer hitch and taking it off didn’t go well.
