I had quite a bit more on the trailer than what the picture shows (while I know it’s not a ton of weight). But either way. Install took a total of MAYBE 10 minutes? Was really easy to do and didnt have one issue out of it. Would highly recommend instead of using stock bumper hitch.
The on—line installation video was much more helpful than the written directions. Locating a torque wrench that goes to 320lb was a bit of a problem, but thanks to a local repair shop I got it done.
Looks great just wish K could use my 3 ball hitch.

They had the best price for the trailer hitch receiver, it was shipped on time and installation instructions were clear. Everything was perfect, would definitely use them again.
Super easy installation. Looks great, functions as intended. Would definitely recommend if you have the reinforced bumper hitch but would prefer a receiver
Needed to buy impact driver to mount. Fits truck good but not as easy to install as video shows.

Easy to install and works well.
The part fits perfectly. Very easy to install. The only set back , is having a torque wrench to torque the 1/2 inch bolt to 320 ft pounds at home . But, I do have one I can use at work. Problem solved .
The product itself is nice, the fact that I needed a torque wrench that can go to 320 ft lbs was a shock. Luckily I have a friend who is a mechanic but his biggest torque wrench only goes to 300 ft lbs. I thought when buying it, I could use just basic hand tools.

It fit like a glove on my 2020 Ram Bighorn. The only problem is that I did not have a torque wrench available that would torque at the recommended setting of over XXX pounds for the two 3/4" bolts. But I used an impact wrench and I'm sure they will not loosen up. Great product and I do recommend it.

Good product installation simple. For those with a sport bumper with no plug and hole. Remove the rear bumper and everything else is the same. The reinstall. Approximately 45 minute job
The hitch is well constructed and easy to install. The only piece of advice I have is make sure you have access to a half inch hex bit for installation. Great product. I’ve used it a few times since I installed it and have absolutely no issues with it.

Install was simple, except I don't have a torque wrench that goes to 320 ft lbs, but using my impact that can do more and the hex deforming, I think it's right!
