  We do not have any fixed ball mounts with a 5-1/2 inch rise specifically but we do have them with a 5-inch or 6-inch rise like part # 40332 and part # C24WR. You may want to consider an adjustable mount that gives you some flexibility. The ball mount I recommend is the Convert-a-Ball Adjustable-Height Ball Mount, part # TK5007.   I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 40332 and took some measurements for you. The dimension from the center of the ball hole to the upturn of the arm is 2-1/8 inches. The second measurement, from the upturn to the top of the shank, is 7 inches. See the image showing the dimensions which I have attached for you. I spoke to the engineer at Draw-Tite who designed the ball mount and he said the angle of the drop is 52.696 degrees.
