Will the Curt Ball Mount 40332 Clear the Bumper on a 2019 CX-9?

Question:

Hi, I have a Drawtite class 3 hitch on my 2019 CX-9 I purchased from you. Id like to learn if this ball mount Part # 40332 would clear my rear bumper in the uprise position? I will be using a 2inch ball. Thank you

The Draw-Tite # 76020 that you have on your 2019 Mazda CX-9 will have the pin hole recessed 6 inches from the closest edge of the bumper. With the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 40332 being 10-1/4 inches from the center of hitch pin hole to the center of ball hole, there should be no issues using these together.

If you do not have a 2 inch ball for this, I suggest going with the Curt # A-90. This is rated up to 10,000 pounds and has the needed 1 1/4 inch shank to fit the # 40332. The Curt Pin and Clip # C21510 will also hold everything in place.

If you do not have any wiring installed yet, I recommend going with the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118278. This is a plug and play harness and will get the lights working on just about any trailer that does not use brakes.
