The actual locking mechanism is the difference. The Trimax Heavy Duty #TMX42ZR has a much more robust hardened steel lock while the Trimax #TMX65FR uses a tube key style lock for the main lock.

You will be able to use the Trimax Heavy Duty Adjustable Wheel Lock with Padlock #TMX42ZR on your vehicle/trailer. It won't have any issues fitting your LT265/75R16 tires with 16" wheels.

Hey there Robert, thanks for the question and even though it is not listed, a 205/75-15 tire is absolutely compatible with the Trimax Trailer Wheel Chock and Lock #TMX75FR.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
