Does Trimax Wheel Lock Allow Wheel to Spin
Updated 10/27/2025 | Published 03/03/2025 >
Question:
Help me understand. I saw nothing that locked the rim in place. Jack the trailer up, flip to back side of tire and go. What am I missing?

Hey Larry, the Trimax Adjustable Wheel Lock part # TMX42ZR that you referenced has two fingers that reach through the spokes of the wheel preventing it from allowing the wheel to spin independently of it. I attached a picture and in it you can see the black fingers reaching through it.

Hey Larry, did the explanation about the wheel lock’s fingers make more sense once you looked at the picture? Knowing how it worked for you could help others trying to secure their trailer wheels the same way.
