Best 2011 Honda Odyssey Trailer Hitch Ball Mounts

Pretty straight forward, Got what I ordered in a timely manner and was the correct part.

Excellent information from the catalog which got me exactly what I needed. All parts arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was fast. I needed additional height for my boat connecting to a 2011 Honda Odyssey so I used this part up-side-down. In this configuration it matches the hitch height on my truck.

The Ball Mount Kit makes it easy to change from 1 7/8 to 2" ball without tools. Great design and carrying bag is very convenient touch. As with any ball mount a large wrench is needed. Also making sure the ball mount pin doesn't turn when installing is somewhat difficult. But once installed this is an outstanding product.

The hitch was delivered on time as scheduled. It looks great and will fit the van perfectly. I will provide a follow up post once it's installed and functional. This is my 5th hitch from etrailer and i wouldn't buy from anyone else. Thanks etrailer!

Excellent 2" ball mount. I have one of these for every vehicle that I use for towing.

Feels great in hand, but I won't be using it. For my 2006 Odyssey I need a 4" lift so my brother has already claimed it. Made in the USA.

I have never regretted ordering through etrailer. As always, this order arrived precisely on-time. The wiring for trailer lights proceeded exactly as expected. The online video describing the installation was very helpful with no surprises encountered while following the instruction. Don't forget to order a hitch pin. Surprisingly, it wasn't included with the drawbar.

The bar was exactly as I expected, but there were two deep dings that penetrated the paint and actually deformed the underlying metal. Disappointing as this is, knowing that it will probably develop rust prematurely while in use, I decided to not go through the hassle of requesting a replacement unit.

Very please with the purchase. Solid construction and raised the overall height of the receiver hitch on my Honda Odyssey with added ground clearance. Excellent service/shipping from eTrailer as usual.

I am using the hitch for a car dolly and a bike rack. The fit is a little loose for the bike rackmI'll see it really works when get on the road.

This long-shaft ball mount enabled me to fully insert and pin the shaft and get the rise I needed for towing level a Yakima Trailer by a 2015 Honda Odyssey. The typical, shorter shaft was not long enough for complete insertion and pinning of the shaft because the welded on arm-support piece hit the bumper.

This was part of the entire "Hitch System" I ordered for eTrailer. Everything fit together without any problems. Feel to this particular part is heavy and well over-designed to ensure performance and safety. Very confident that it will last long after the vehicle it is connected to is gone.

Works as intended, pretty rock solid. Note on here said to only use it in the RISE position, not the drop position.

I wanted to attach a small luggage carrier behind my odyssey. I had to grill another mounting hole to alter the angle so it would not drag. Excellent product. Was able to customize it easily. Thank you.

With good information from the website it was easy to order a Curt 2" Trailer Hitch, the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit w/ 4-Pole Connector and Circuit Tester - 119178KIT, Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches (3/4" Rise, 2" Drop - 10-1/4" Long - 7,500 lbs - D-4), Curt Pin and Clip Hitch Receiver - C21500, Rubber Tube Cover for 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers - I-728,Review, and 2" hitch ball 40038. Parts were delivered earlier than the initial estimate. Self installation (on a sloped drive way) took just under 2 hour. The fit of parts was very good, instructions and on-line video's were very helpful. My Kia did not have the wire plug in option, but the splice connections in the wire kit were easy to install. Most of the parts are hidden from view when the ball mount is not used.

I have a custom made tow guard. The ball mount I have was too short to allow me to attach the tow guard to my new truck. I searched the web and found just what I needed at etrailer.com. I ordered this extra length ball mount to keep the back end of my Honda Odyssey out of the water when I launched my boat. It does exactly what I wanted. It connects with the hitch I purchased from etrailer last year. Going to etrailer was my first step when I realized I needed additional length. Very convenient kit. Nice to have the locking pin and receiver cover. I reversed to the 2" rise position since my 2016 Honda Odyssey already sits low to the ground.

Picked up my teardrop in ABQ on 2/17/23, and the Curt ball mount lined up perfectly with no drop/rise, and the extra length gave clearance for my rear door mounted spare tire. This mount is a beast, and the "overbuilt" nature of it gave me confidence that my Bronco would tow the teardrop easily. I also got the Curt Echo wireless brake controller, which synced easily to my phone and was easy to install, set up, and use. Overall a great towing experience, thanks to etrailer and Curt!

Very versatile - can use it on both my vehicles that have very different hitch height. Clean welds, super solid. Weighs a LOT!
