Today on our 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the B and W turnover ball underbed gooseneck trailer hitch with custom installation kit, part number BWGNRK1067. Here's what it's going to look like once it's installed on your vehicle. As you can see, we've got the ball right here for the gooseneck hitch and that's about all you really have that's in the bed. When you're using your hitch if you're, say camping or traveling or anything like that, you can still put some other things in the bed around it because you're not going to have the set of rails that's up top and the big fifth wheel; you're just going to have this ball right here in the center. It's going to be a lot more convenient for you. In order to lock and unlock the ball in place, you pull out on this handle and turn it clockwise and it'll stay in the unlocked position. Then when you're ready to lock your ball back into the hitch, whether the up or down position, simply pull out on it, straighten it out, and let it pull back in and latch that ball in place.
