Is Bracket Included With B&W Underbed Gooseneck To Re-Install Factory Factory Braking System

Does this kit include the bracket shown in the video for the factory brake controller on my 2008 Silverado 2500HD?

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, part # BWGNRK1067 includes the installation kit for the trailer hitch and does include a bracket to re-install the factory braking system as mentioned at the 3 minute 18 second mark on the attached video. This bracket and how it is installed is shown at the 4 minute 54 second mark.
I have attached a photo of the location the factory braking system is under your truck.
Being able to simply remove the ball form the hitch, flip it over and re-insert in the hole of the # BWGNRK1067 gives you complete access to your truck bed when empty.
