Hello Lanny, thanks for reaching out. The CRE 3000 is already a pretty good suspension system, but if you want to upgrade, the first thing that comes to mind are the AllTrek 4000 equalizers. They have more rubber than the CRE 3000, 40% more, so you will get a lot more effective shock absorption. It also adds another inch of suspension travel. This will definitely be the best option for an upgrade that does not require any major modifications. You will just need to select the correct equalizer... view full answer...
I do still have a few options for lifting the trailer but the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit part # RR23QX is indeed incompatible with the MORryde CRE3000 Equalizers. Therefore, you can either change these out to standard ones like the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs part # TREQE1 or look into an axle over conversion kit. That said, this option only works for you if the leaf springs are under the axle. If so, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under... view full answer...
The Rhinobox was definitely an unpopular choice for manufacturers to go with so swapping it out with the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 18K to 21K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino # MR55QR would definitely give you a major improvement in ride quality.
That being said, a 2022 Grand Design Momentum 351MS has a GVWR of 16,800lbs so you would want to use the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box for 14K to 18K Trailers w/ Lippert Rhino # MR83QR instead. The internal spring for this pin box... view full answer...
What's up, Chuck?
You can definitely use higher-rated springs for your trailer, and for that I recommend checking out the 25-1/4" Long 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,400-lb Trailer Axles # DX95CR. Be sure to change out the leaf springs on both sides of the axle so you get the most even ride possible.
One other thing to keep in mind is that if you have one side that keeps wearing out prematurely then that could be a sign that you're overloading that one leaf spring and you'll want to move... view full answer...
Hey Darla, the correct MORryde X-factor for trailers that have a MORryde CRE3000 kit installed is the standard kit part # MR33WR.
Running three of these would give you the most stable setup so that would be what I would recommend. view full answer...
Thanks for the information and picture James! Your Curt 5,100 lbs capacity axle uses item # 25580 inner bearings and item # LM67048 outer bearings. So you would need the Bearing Kit item # BK3-300, which includes both bearings, along with both races, a grease seal and cotter pin. You'll need one kit per hub.
As far as a replacement axle goes you wouldn't be able to upgrade to a 6,000 lbs axle and keep the same hubs. The 5,200 lbs Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with E-Z Lube Spindles item #... view full answer...
Thank you for providing that information. Leaf springs like the ones you have now typically match the axle capacity on your trailer. Although adding leaf springs with a slightly higher capacity won't hurt, it also is not necessary. Based on the leaf springs and and other information I'm sure you have 3,500 lb axles. Your standard diameter for this capacity would be 2-3/8". In addition to the capacity you want the eye to eye length to match, so we are looking at 25-1/4" long leaf springs.

Hello Aaron, thanks for reaching out. The best option for this will be one of the MORryde suspension upgrade kits. They come with HD shackles, wet bolts and brinze bushings.
I just need to know what length your current shackle straps are. There is no way to look this up so if you could please measure the length from center hole to center hole. They should be either 2-1/4" long or 3-1/8" long, and we have kits available in both sizes:

Hey Rob! Both the 25-1/4" long item # DX95CR and item # e44SR springs will work if you're replacing a 25-1/4" long leaf spring. They're close enough in capacity so long as you're not using too light of a spring with the 4,400 lbs item # DX95CR.
How did you measure your leaf springs to come up with needing a 25-1/4" long one? view full answer...
Hey Todd. I wasn't able to get anything off of the 2024015099 number you gave me. The 2nd generation replacement front jacks that fit the first generation Level Up systems are listed below:
Lead Leg - Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly for Lippert Level Up RV Leveling System - 14,000 lbs item # LC83ED
Follow Leg - Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly for Lippert Level Up RV Leveling System - 14,000 lb item # LC23ED
Where did you get the 2024015099 part number from? view full answer...
Hello Richard, thanks for reaching out. Your 2015 Grand Design 337 RLS uses two 7,000 lb axles. This means the brake assemblies will be the standard 12" x 2" size with a 5 bolt brake flange. To replace yours I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA. This will come with a pair of self-adjusting brake assemblies (left hand and right hand). I like these etrailer brand brakes because they are durable, they perform well, and they are priced lower than other name brand options.... view full answer...
Hello Robert, thanks for reaching out. The Roadmaster Comfort Ride is a great choice for a suspension upgrade. This system is compatible with the MORryde X-Factor Crossmembers, so you can add those to all 3 hangers if you wish.
One thing I would do is look at your hangers and make sure they are standard hangers welded to the frame. Make sure there are no obstructions like wiring or plumbing that would get in the way. You can do the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR, or you can do... view full answer...
You are going to want to stay with the Lippert Slam Latch 642063 # LC54PJ as that is what you already have. This latch is different than our other compartment door latches so fitment would be an issue on your 2019 Grand Design Solitude 3740BH-R. view full answer...
John, I do believe we have something for you, but without any dimensions of the center cap it's going to be a bit difficult to say for sure, but from the looks of it the Trailer Wheel Center Cap Plug # AM90082 looks like it'll work.
This center cap fit 1-7/8" holes and center caps with a 2.95" - 5.15" outer diameter. If you can let me know specifically what size center cap you're looking for I'd be happy to help. view full answer...
Hey Michael,
Thanks for the serial number of your axle, it made it possible to find the bearings and seal numbers so I could verify what would fit. If you want the best you'll definitely want to go with a DeeMaxx kit like the # DE66AR. This kit includes everything you need from as well as all the smaller hardware to mount your brake lines, which typically isn't included. The only other thing you should need aside from tools to get the job done should be just some high temp grease # L24FR... view full answer...
Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out!
According to my research your 2022 Grand Design Imagine BHE has a GVWR just shy of 7,000 lbs so increasing the leaf spring weight rating by 2.2K will result in a pretty noticeable stiffness and I don't recommend going that route. It's okay to have leaf springs that are rated a little higher, but 2.2K is pretty significant for this weight of trailer.
If you can let me know what the length of your leaf springs are when they don't have weight on them (lift... view full answer...
To chose the correct Road Armor kit you'll need to measure the distance between the centers of the lower bolt holes that attach to the shackles as well as the drop from the center of the top bolt hole to the centerline of the two lower bolt holes.
For example, the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740 measures 6" across on center and 3-1/2" down from the top bolt position. This kit is also designed to work with 3,500 lbs - 8,000 lbs axles. As long as these specs match what... view full answer...
Hey Jason, I did some checking and it looks like your 2017 Grand Design Momentum 349M does have the same bolt pattern as the Aluminum Phoenix Trailer Wheel part # LH88VR so it would work for you.
We do have a J rated tire that fits this with the part # P35175 which has a 6,005 lb capacity per tire. view full answer...

Hello Nathan,
Great question. There are 2 key factors with finding the right Gen-Y Gooseneck, the pin box number, and the pin weight (tongue weight). I was able to look up the GVWR of your 2022 GD Reflection 367BHS which is 14,995 lbs. They have a special formula for getting you into the right Gooseneck, if you take the GVWR and times it by 0.22 you get 3,298.9, if you look at the chart that I attached that puts you into the 4,500 pound executive pin weight capacity.
So now that we have... view full answer...
