This part was what I needed to complete my installation.
Easy installation. Product came a day earlier than noted. Only reason it is not 5 stars is that it is slightly smaller than the factory cap,so with the factory sprayed in bedliner there is some exposed paint.
the hopkins wiring harness was a perfect fit, just a plug & play hook up, very easy to install. looks good inside the bed.
My new truck came with gooseneck towing package except the harness inside the bed. I ordered the Hopkins prewired trailering harness from etrailer. After seeing the instructional video I attempted to do myself. I discovered it was easy as advertised. The connectors stubbornly unclipped and clipped but all worked. I found the wiring length was well protected and the perfect length. I did notice on the 2020 Silverado had extra wiring so that the clip on the bumper did not need switching out. I also discovered I did not need to remove spare as the access of the wiring behind bumper was plenty. I stuck with the video instructions. Tested perfect and done. What I liked about the product was that it fit and matched the other factory components. Literally no tools required except to cut zip ties.

After a year it still works perfectly
Easy install and great build quality. Would buy again. Great assistance from E-trailer in choosing the correct part. They also reached out after ordering and recommended this part which was the same as what I was ordering only way cheaper. Good looking out for the consumer.
Was pretty much plug and play
Fits perfect. Good how to videos. Takes about an hour.Been using for almost a year with no issues.
Easily installed and fit as advertised
Worked Excellent. Easy install. No longer need to run the cord over the tailgate, stays in the bed when connected to gooseneck hitch.

Worked perfectly
I own a 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD I purchased the harness for my fifth wheel which made it easier to keep the trailer plug in the bed versus laying over the tailgate. As described this harness is literally plug and play. Took me 15 minutes and I was up a running, I purchased this harness 1 year ago . I have not had any issues and definitely made the hook up a breeze.
Came with no installation instructions had to go to YouTube for instructions, other than that everything was good.

Working as it should
The item itself is great. Plug and play, easy and quick install. The problem I had was etrailer failed to include the 4/7-way plug adapter that pops directly in the factory bed cutout (it is a separately packaged item included in this kit). I called them the next morning and they took care of getting it shipped out within the day. Problem is they shipped via usps and took almost one week to get to me. was looking forward to using it within that time frame, instead had to run the cable over my new truck’s tailgate… I believe that if a mistake is made it should be corrected as quickly as possible, not as cheaply as possible.
The park fit exactly as description said it would unfortunately I found when installing it that my truck already had a harness that would come up into the box for the trailer outlet to be used with gooseneck and fifth wheel trailers I later learned that all three-quarter tons in the 2020 year Chevy and GMC models come with that harness so I didn’t need to buy this $150 harness even though it fit and works great I could’ve done it with a 30 Dollar plug instead

Works perfect
It does the job. I do find that the trailer light pigtail does not connect great. Sometimes it doesn't make a good firm connection and I have to fuss with it to get the trailer lights on.
GLAD I WENT WIHT eTRAILER. PERFECT FIT AND VERY EASY, PLUG-N-PALY. WORKED GREAT FOR REPLACING BLANK PLUG IN BED TO 5TH WWHEEL PLUG IN BED OF 2022 CHEVY 2500 HD
great product. install was a breeze except for getting the factory plug disconnected. It wasn't necessary but I dropped the spare tire for easier access for concealing the cables. Video available at etrailer was a big help. Keep up the good work etrailer.
Purchase was a breeze. Delivery was quick. The product came with more items than what I anticipated or an extra 7 pin universal plug and a mounting bracket. Not sure I will ever use the extra parts but it is always better to have more parts than you need than it is to be missing crucial items.
Perfect fit in the lower left corner of 2020 GMC truck bed. Plug and play. Looks like factory install. Took about 30 minutes. Awsome product and shipping.

Easy install. No instructions, but it's plug and play and everything is self explanatory.
Fifthwheel plug and harness arrived a day early. It took about 1/2 an hour to install and looks like a factory install. Very impressed with sales, shipping and quality of etrailer.
