Hi Jess!
We can definitely get your 2009 Jeep Wrangler set up with a 7-way trailer wiring harness. Guessing you do not have the factory towing package? If you are unsure, have a Jeep dealer run you VIN and they will be able to tell you. If you have it, you can use the Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket, Chrysler/Dodge OEM Plug Adapter # HM40975-11933, but if you do not, there are a couple things you will need.
First, you will need to start with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55124. This is plug and play, so quick and easy. You will need to have the 4-flat as the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7 will piggyback off it. You will then need to wire up what you need and cap off the rest. I included a quick diagram of how it should be wired.
Are you going to be towing a trailer with brakes, or just needing the 7-way to power a few things?

I already have the flat 4 pin and want to have the 7 pin rv plug. Is there a plug and play option
