Yes, I confirmed with B&W that you will be able to use their B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1020 on your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD.
I recommend installing the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # HM54FR when you install the Turnover Ball. This will give you the same 4/7-way connector which fits in the cutout on the rear of your bed.
