I want to buy the Curt 5th wheel hitch C55DR for my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD LTZ 6.75 ft bed 4x4. My question is which rail kit will fit this hitch AND my truck? Thanks!

We do indeed have 5th wheel base rails that fit your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 and work with a Curt 5th wheel hitch. The base rails and install kit are also from Curt, and I verified with the manufacturer for you that they fit your truck; you can also choose from either a gloss finish or a carbide finish for the rails:

Apart from the finish of the rails, both kits are the exact same, and do not require any drilling into your Chevy's frame rails to install, which is not only great for your truck, but is also a big time-saver.
