Heavy loads can make the rear of a vehicle sag and throw off the way it drives. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System uses two Aeon hollow rubber springs rated for 8,600 lbs of capacity to keep the ride level and stable. These progressive springs get firmer as weight increases so steering, braking, and handling stay consistent when you’re towing or hauling gear.
Bumps and uneven pavement can make any trip tiring when the suspension is working hard. The hollow rubber design of the Timbren springs absorbs road shock before it reaches the frame, helping to dampen bounce and reduce harsh jolts. This cushioning also helps protect the factory suspension from bottoming out, extending its life while improving ride comfort under load.
When a gust of wind or a sharp turn pushes the vehicle off balance, each Timbren spring reacts on its own to keep that side planted. The independent action reduces body roll and sway so you stay in control through corners or when carrying off-center loads. The result is a more stable ride whether you’re on the highway or maneuvering through tight spots.
The Timbren system replaces the factory bump stops with custom brackets that bolt onto each frame rail above the rear axle. There’s no drilling, no airlines, and no compressors to maintain—just straightforward hardware that installs easily with basic tools. Once mounted, the 1" clearance above the axle lets your factory suspension work normally with light loads, then smoothly engages the Timbrens when the weight comes on.

The Timbren install and the panhard bar are the greatest handling improvements money can buy , the ride and handling have been improved beyond my expectations ! No wondering , no sway the motorhome drives as it should - safe and secure to the road !
