Easy install and perfect for any bike
It was anon box sale but it looks like all the parts might be there. The box by the time it arrived at my door was open and bet up from miss handling. But everything was inside still. Great deal and I am very happy with my purchase.
We have had it a year. It is working great!
Twice we have carried the Nikes on month long trips without any issues.
This rack is a great addition to our campervan. It was quite easy to attach with two people. It carried our bikes safely and securely from the east coast to the west coast and back again. We have also used it on several shorter trips during the past year.

The good:
This bike rack appears to be of typical Thule high quality However, at the time of this writing, I had not installed the rack on my 2021 Promaster.
The rack arrived on time with decent tracking data.
The bad:
The installation process for this rack is far (FAR!) more involved than installing a roof rack or hitch mount.
ETrailer made no mention of needing specialty adhesive in order to install per Thule’s requirements. Neither Thule nor etrailer provided this adhesive, and it’s very hard to find in bricks and mortar stores. I suggest ordering the required Sikaflex 252 on Amazon immediately after ordering the rack so the adhesive will arrives before the rack.
It appears etrailer sold me a returned item, because the rack appeared to be thrown in the delivery box with loose parts and no protective packing materials; $XXX bike rack and that’s how much etrailer cares!
UPS sucks; there’s no reason to candy-coat the performance of their deliveries (yay for union protected job apathy). Every (yes, literally every) box I receive from UPS arrives with varying degrees of damage which often impacts the condition of the contents of the box.
I suggest buying this rack at your local bricks and mortar bike store.
So far we really like the rack. Why giving 4 stars, the rack is difficult (or pain) to fold up when not using.
Carries one bike really well but two 27.5 mountain bikes is really tight.
A great product. It made it possible to carry my bikes safely on my van whenever my travels take me. I was even able to adapt it to carry skis in the winter!
I ordered the wrong model from another company and had to send it back.
The rack from e trailer came quickly and was in good shape. Definitely a win!
Assembly was easy and the bikes stay right during the ride. We did jiggle off a thumb nut during one bumpy right but we assume that was partly our fault. Bikes are easily strapped in with this system and it fit great on our Zion Roadtrek
This is the *only* bike rack for a Promaster. (for up to two bikes). Well engineered, and low profile.
Nice bike rack and it works very well on my ProMaster 2500 van. Allows easy access to rear storage area.
Placed order for Thule Bike Rack online. 4 hours later order was filled and was waiting for pickup. 2 hours later UPS picked up from Nevada. The next day arrived in California and was loaded onto vehicle for delivery. Got the bike rack late that afternoon. What is not to like?

Still going strong after a year - except for backing into a tree. Don't do that. I can say that Thule is easy to work with when you need to buy replacement parts :)
packaging for shipping was terrible. box was open all but 1 piece pf packing tape failed. luckily all parts were still there. needs more packing tape
