I have two Trek Stache mountain bikes with 29+ tires. The tires are 3inch wide. I have a 2019 Sprinter 3500 and want a rear door bike mount. Will the TH302043 accommodate 3inch wide bike tires?

Does the rack at limit have any flexibility? We need a bike rack that fits the rear door of a Sprinter Van but can accommodate 42 lbs, 2 ebikes without their batteries?Thanks

The Thule Elite Van XT Rack # TH302043 can handle two bikes that are up to 42 pounds each, so it will work really well for your two e-bikes (without their batteries). I'm not quite sure what you mean by flexibility when at its limit - but I can assure you that the rack is plenty durable and will work great even at full capacity.
