Will the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door Work With Rear Ladder

Hi will this bike rack fit a 2008 sprinter which has a rhino ladder.

The Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door part # TH302043 which you can see in the attached photo mounts directly to the rear passenger side swing-out door. If the ladder you are using mounts on this side then it would need to be removed but if it mounts on the driver side swing-out door it should be fine.
