Could Thule Elite Van Bike Rack Fit Ford Transit Potentially

Question:
I have a 2015 AWD L3H3 Ford Transit, the rear door height is 1887mm same as the L4H3. Would love to use this rack, instead of a hitch mounted one. Can you tell me if this would fit my van?

Since the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door # TH302043 basically glues to the rear door with the included rails it could technically fit your Transit if you have room for it like you said it did.
