  Thanks for providing the picture. It looks like your current marker light is around 3 3/4" long and 1 1/2"- 2" wide and has mounting holes 3" apart.   It sounds like you have something like the Amber Lens # MCL0032ABB at the front and the Red Lens # MCL0032RBB at the back of your fenders. Normally these lights are designed to switch on and off with your headlights since they are for clearance purposes.   I'm assuming you want to replace everything here so I will start off with a 4-way. I recommend using the Hopkins Endurance 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness - 30' Long # HM48265. This will give you a lot of wire to work with so you can hook up all of your lights. This uses your typical 18 gauge wire for the lights and 16 gauge for the ground. • Installation of Optronics LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light With Yellow and White Wire
  I haven't seen the yellow and white before on the # MCL0032ABB but that is likely correct. Yellow is power and white is ground. The easiest way is to test it out. Since you are installing several lights I would go ahead and hook one up and make sure it works before finishing all of the others. If it does not, simply reverse the wires. It won't hurt anything if you wire it the wrong way initially.

  Though we do not carry the replacement Peterson 343A light the closest replacement option that we have is The LED Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light # MCL0032ABB.The light is 4 inches long by 2 inches tall by 1 inch thick. The distance between the mounting holes is 3 inches on center. So you will have to drill new holes for the new light. The light has a durable acrylic snap-on lens and a black ABS housing. Reason is the amber version of that light is already discontinued and the red version is in the midst of being discontinued. So the best I can offer are replacement lights which are similar in size, the 4" x 2" Clearance or Side Marker Trailer Light w/ Reflector - Amber # MCL0032ABB and Red # MCL0032RBB.
