Hello Josh. Yes, the Dexter Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack # DX72CR can indeed be welded on. It is intended to be bolted on, but the instructions also cover weld on applications as well.

Re DX72CR You mention instructions in one of your other answers but my box came half open and beaten to bits and not a single paper in sight. I’ve requested instructions from another “expert” who cannot seem to find anything online either, as I couldn’t. Seems like the install should be pretty easy, but so far we can’t get this Christmas present to work. It does look like there is some kind of whip coming out or the top of the one in this picture, that is not included on mine. There is a plug in the top of it where it looks like that whip comes out. Any suggestions?
