Hey Jeff,
I spoke with Dexter and they stated they don't have a preferred fluid so you could go with any hydraulic fluid that you prefer with the Dexter Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack- Square Tube # DX72CR. With some of their other self-contained hydraulic jacks in the past they recommended Dexron III ATF so it's likely going to be a good match for the # DX72CR as well.
I do see you have the Bigfoot Hydraulic Jack w/ Manual Override # BF98FR on order which calls for 3 quarts of Dexron III ATF only to be used. If you have any other questions please feel free to comment below and I'd be happy to help.
