Still just as it should be a year later and expect it to be several years from now. No rust, quality coating, overall just a solid product.
It was about the easiest thing I have ever installed. Didn't need to lower the spare tire and it only took about 20 minutes start to finish. Had one person to help lift it up to help bolt it in to the frame. I purchased the trailer wiring plug too.. (It was perfect fit)
Very well satisfied
It is great and easy! Plan on hauling lots in my small trailer!

Great
It was easy to mount onto my truck. I took two jack stands and just took all the bolts off then installed the new ones and bolted it in place and did not have to drop the spare tire to do it. Looks good on the truck.
Installed by myself in about an hour with set up and clean up. Did not remove the spare tire and used jack stands to be my extra set of hands. Did it in my driveway truck on the ground.
VERY WELL MADE AND THE FIT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. GREAT PRODUCT.
Got what I ordered, shipped fast! Great price! Put it on same day no problems! Easy and quick, took me about 40 minutes. Already towed over 1000 miles with it first week. Highly Recommend etrailer.

Very easy to install on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500....I did it by myself without jacking the truck up. But then, I'm 6' 3 1/2" tall and 245 LBS....but also 68 years old! I have a full size spare on an aluminum rim that I did NOT have to drop down or remove....I had plenty of room to work to remove old bolts and install the new bolts and torque them down......Much easier to install than indicated in in the instructions!

All good after 1 year! No regrets at all and would hesitate to recommend the hitch or E-Trailer.
Be aware that you are likely buying scratch-and-dent goods. My hitch had gouges in the powder coat, deep enough to remove metal, under what is probably re-packaging. The side that was gouged didn’t still have the wrapping that the other side did.

We do not sell scratch and dent items unless we identify them as such. Your hitch was likely damaged in shipping and repackaged into the box by the carrier, which happens occasionally. Ill have our Customer Service folks contact you.
I want to thank etrailer and in particular Lori in customer service. I ordered a hitch and received it very quickly. Unfortunately the hitch had a manufacturing defect that was in no way etrailers fault. Called them and got Lori on the phone. She was great! I had a new replacement hitch in less than a week. Overall extremely good customer service and I am very pleased with my experience with etrailer and their employees.

I've had this for a year now and there are absolutely no problems with any part of this product. I was worried the bolts may have loosened up over time due to normal vibrations, but everything is working as advertised. It fit perfectly right out of the box without having to drill or make "adjustments" to it. I buy all of my trailering accessories from from etrailer.com because their products are great and so are their prices!
EXCELLENT quality product. Fit my truck perfectly. Received quicker than expected. Installed in about 45 minutes. I will definitely buy from etrailer.com again.

Yes, extremely well.
excellent quality, ease of installation, install 8 bolts and torque. 30 minutes or less. Took longer to remove original hitch than to install the new one.
bench tested controller works fine. Adapter cable was plug and play.

After a year of use, Im glad I bought this hitch. Very strong and works well.
DrawTite Class IV hitch. Folks I searched the web for hours and I'll tell ya you're not going to find a better deal for quality equipment and price than etrailer.com. I ordered the hitch at noon Wednesday and it was on my carport by noon Friday!!! SUPER FAST shipping. Secure payment through PayPal if that makes you feel better.
The hitch and wiring harness fit perfectly and was easy to install. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
