Question:
I have a 2014 chevy silverado 1500LT and I have a small trailer. I have a 2”ball on my bumper but hhe angle is steep when towing my trailer. Do they make a some kind of adapter to make the trailer coupler adjustable to make it higher? Or is there a small bumper hitch for my silverado or do i have to get a whole trailer hitch reciever installed?

I have a solution for you, but we do not offer, not have I ever seen any type of adjustable trailer coupler like you mentioned and we do not have any bumper mounted hitches for your Silverado. I understand not wanting to add an aftermarket hitch, when a bumper pull might do the job, but since those are so limited you really are best served by adding an aftermarket hitch like the Draw-Tite # 76016 .
Adding an aftermarket hitch will allow you to tow your current trailer safely, plus give you the ability to tow something a little more substantial if the need ever arises. I also recommend going with the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534 which has a ball mount and 2" hitch ball to complete your towing package. If you needed a 1-7/8" hitch ball, you can go with the Curt # C45034 .
If you needed any wiring, the Tekonsha # 118384 works with the factory tow package to add a 4 way connector for a small trailer and is a great option to provide your trailer with lights.
I've provided some links to this answer that can tell you a little bit more about the items mentioned above.
