Question:
I would like to order a hitch for my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 reg cab, when I click on the suggested wiring, they all say 7 way. I have a boat trailer with 4 way. Can you suggest a trailer hitch and wiring? The boat is not that heavy. 12 ft alumacraft and trailer. Thanks

For your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, I using the recommend Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76016 because it has a clean look (see photo), sufficient capacity for you needs, and it offers a drill free/easy install which I have attached an install video on for you.
For a trailer wiring harness, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118384 which will plug into a connector under your bumper and you can then mount this using the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat part # 18144. I have attached an install video on this for you as well.
