Installation was a breeze. I only had to notch the lower section of the bumper. No complaints at all.
I’ve been using this hitch on my camaro for a while now, although the sound of the ball hitch moving around in the hitch makes you worried it was messing up but it’s normal and besides I haul a trailer with a 14 raptor 700 on it it pulls perfectly before you wonder no I’m not a redneck but in my situation I don’t got a truck and don’t have room for one so this worked amazing overall very sturdy but it has rusted in one spot that’s all the cons I can really say the rust in one spot and the ball hitch I ordered from them it makes a lot of noise in the hitch anyways this is a really good product to buy.

The CURT trailer hitch video is Not true!
The rear bumper facia can NOT be removed by just removing the the lower fasteners !
The facia is LOCKED, solid.
And impossible to remove without damaging the appearance of my 2023 Camaro RS !!
*Body Facia can’t be removed as demonstrated in the dishonest video !
The demo Curt Trailer video is a lie !!!!!
I wish this hitch came in a 2-1/2 in not the 1-1/4

Hi Stephen! I saw your review here and wanted to reach out to Curt on your behalf. They say that your model is compatible and that you mustve missed a few of the torx fasteners and screws needed to remove the facia. You will have to remove the taillights and other interior trim as well, to get to the point where you can remove the facia in step 7. I emailed you the video that Curt emailed me that might be a good visual to help you out on this! I have also heard that for this model there is a metal strip that the bumper clips into. You may just have to give it a little more mustard to get it to unclip. I understand the concern of breaking the clips, but it can be done without breaking them. I am sorry it has given you so much trouble!
