This class I hitch allows for you to use a bike rack like the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH12G. The Kuat only weighs 32lbs thanks to its aluminum construction and is capable of hauling 2 bikes weighing up to 40lbs each. This carrier will fit bikes with 25"-29" wheels up to 3" wide and a wheelbase up to 47". If you have a 20"-24" wheel you will need the Adapter # 016-025-00-00 to fit those wheels.
