Curt has confirmed the fit of their Class I hitch # C11900 on the 2019 Chevy Camaro ZL1.
The Curt hitch bolts on using the included hardware pack and provides a 200-lb tongue weight rating. Installation instructions are linked for you.
If you will be using a compatible bike rack like the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR or a cargo carrier like the Curt # C18110 you'll want to use Curt Support Strap # 18050 to support and steady such items. You can use a compatible carrier up to the hitch's 200-lb limit or the Camaro's whichever is lower.
