2003 Ford F-150 Triton V8 XLT Supercab Styleside (Standard Bed)
I don't know about the quality since I have installed it but not used it. Customer service and fulfillment were helpful and quick on all points. The one star left off is for two reasons: the fact that I don't know about the quality and the things I wish they would have told you.
It would have been helpful to know:
a. It might be SLIGHTLY bent during the shipping process and, therefore, may not line up with the holes. etrailer customer service says this can be fixed by carefully bending it back with your hands. I confirm.
b. You can, like it says, install it without removing the factory spare. However, if you want to save yourself a lot of time, make sure your socket wrench drive extension is long enough to get past the spare tire. 9-10 inches should do. Or, if you don't have the right pieces for your wrench, remove the tire. Unfortunately, I didn't have a long enough extension or the "spare tire lock key" to remove the spare tire. There is another way. I couldn't figure out said other way. I was there for a long time because I only had about 4 inches to turn the wrench handle. ;(
c. You need to watch the installation video. For instance, the printout that is available online and will also come with your product doesn't tell you that you need a torque wrench.
d. You need a 19mm wrench for the nuts. A 3/4" will do, but you risk rounding off the corners of the nut, making them impossible to further tighten or loosen. (It's a 0.05mm difference.) I used the 3/4" to tighten it as far as I could with a normal wrench and then finished it with a torque wrench using a 19mm bit.
Please Note: I AM 17 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NO MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER. All of the above facts might be obvious to someone with more experience.
It took me 2 hours to install, but most of the time was spent figuring out the above facts.545581

The performance of the hitch has gone off without a hitch. The mounting nuts have not backed off of torque, and the coating has been durable. We do not use it for heavy towing, but for our small utility trailer is has been perfect.
I talked to Bridget A at e trailer and received fast, friendly and efficient service. The product was shipped that same day and arrived in perfect condition ahead of estimated schedule. Installation of hitch is super easy, it lined up perfectly with existing predrilled holes in my F-150's frame. Tighten 6 bolts and done... This product was very well designed. Very easy to install, so easy I was able to install it by my self.
After a year it's seems to be holding up very well, the paint has minimal scratches.
It's also been able to haul trailers with no problem (kinda what's it's supposed to do)

The hitch was delivered quicker than I expected; But the box looked like the driver tossed it out on a "drive by" I didn't think anything of ot though, after all it is heavy steel plate right? Well, we went to install the hitch only to find that the holes did not line up on both sides. We got the driver side snug and then with some creative rigging and an 8' lever were able to make the other side line up. Minor inconvenience, but essentially a snap to install150034

Great hitch. fit my F-150 perfectly. I followed one persons idea of using a 5 gallon bucket. took longer to get the tools out than it did to install hitch. Placed receiver end on bucket. then raised the back. started first bolt then went to other side put all three bolts in went back put the other two bolts in the tightened all down. 131769

Ive been hauling a trailer around 100+ miles per week since about September. Its held up just fine. No complaints whatsoever. Its a piece of metal that bolts on. Not much can go wrong.
