Works great! I use this hitch on a regular basis utilizing the ball on one use and pintle on the other. I often drive over rough terrain pulling a Tucker Terra Sno-Cat or a 50kW genset, this hitch handles the roughness. The universal hitch is optimum when hauling via pintle or ball.
Pretty slick set up. I'd been looking for the right adjustable height hitch combo and came across this one. The gen y ones looked nice but you are limited to 2" increments with your height adjustment. I had to wait a while for it to come into stock after I ordered it which was the only down fall. Pins are tight. Finish is nice on the product. Adjusts easily in small increments. Very solid. Made in USA. It took the place of 2 balls and a pintle hitch that I carry with me every day. It will save me time, weight, and space in my truck bed.
This was an excellent hitch for our new RV due to the long pivot point. While I use other B&W hitches for my truck I needed the same quality but not the double offset ball design. This design allows for a better departure angle with our RV. Quality is very high and adjustment very sturdy. Cannot recommend another product higher than B&W.
We've ordered our trailer hitches through etrailer.com on several occasions. The process is simple, the prices are the best we've found and we've never had an issue with our order or the product received. This is a great product. Allows me to go from pintle hitch to ball hitch with no effort. Can raise it up or lower it to fit all of my different trailers.
It works good but to me it wears a little too much from the movement of the Pintle on the flat section where the pintle sits on the hitch
Product is very versatile and has proven to be a solid addition to our operations. B&W offers exceptional products, and this hitch does not disappoint.
Once agian etrailer nailed it, they delivered quickly without any hiccups. I have several different trailers and with this hitch I can save the headache of switching hitches I would recomend this to anyone in need of a all in one hitch. Built strong, american made and convenient what more can you ask for!!!

Thank you for contacting me. The hitch works great for our needs, easy to adjust heights, as we have 1 trailer that sits lower to the ground than all of our other trailers. Its the only hitch we have like that, and we are very happy with it.

I havent had any problems with the B&W tow hitch a year out. Ive used both ball and pintle towing our new Tucker-Terra and 50kW genset. Its pretty nice not having to switch out hitches.
