When the snow piles up and the road disappears, these Titan Chain twist link chains keep your tires biting through. The rounded twist links dig into deep snow while also giving a smoother ride than rougher square links. You’ll still get dependable grip on icy patches without the harsh vibration that can come from more aggressive link styles.
For steep hills, driveways, or long snow-covered grades, the ladder pattern on these chains puts the traction right where it counts. The cross chains run straight across your tread, grabbing and releasing with every tire rotation to keep you moving forward instead of spinning in place. It’s a simple, rugged setup that’s proven itself in real winter driving.
These chains rely on a solid manual connection—no cams or levers to come undone when you’re backing up or crossing uneven ground. Once tightened, they stay put, even when you’re reversing out of a drift or hitting small ruts. For an even snugger fit, you can add rubber adjusters (sold separately) to keep everything evenly tensioned.
Made from low-carbon steel, these chains are tough enough for repeated use through harsh weather. The steel resists bending and breaking under stress, giving you dependable traction season after season. Dry them after use, and they’ll be ready to go the next time the snow starts falling.
This set includes two tire chains designed to fit tires from 14" to 16". Each link measures 5.5 mm (0.218"), giving a sturdy grip without being overly heavy to handle. I keep these chains in my van all year since they have helped in mud just as much as snow. Ive never gotten stuck when they are on. Make sure you get the rubber chain adjusters as well so they dont move - Item TCMA2

Double check that the chains are centered on the tire and that when installing the inside connection is secured first and then tighten the outside connection to make sure it isn't tightened unevenly. Are the chains shifting out of position or twisting on top of the tread if you drive a short distance with them?
