Salt air, humidity, and road grime won’t wear this wheel down. The Aluminum Sendel Series T09 is made from rustproof aluminum that stands up to the elements while staying lightweight and durable. Both the front and back are clear coated for added protection, so the sleek black and machined silver finish keeps its shine season after season.
When you’re towing heavy gear, you need a wheel that can handle it. This 14" x 5-1/2" rim is rated for 2,200 lbs and meets DOT specifications for safety on the road. The 0 offset keeps weight centered over the hub, and the 1/2"-20 wheel bolts hold firm mile after mile. It’s a setup built with strength in mind, ready for serious hauling duty.
A good wheel should look as solid as it performs. The Sendel Series T09 blends a bold black base with a machined silver face in a crisp 5-spoke pattern, giving any trailer an upgraded look without sacrificing function. The design enhances airflow around the brakes and adds a modern touch that pairs well with almost any setup.
Matching your setup is simple thanks to familiar sizing. This wheel uses a common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern with a 3.19" pilot diameter and 0 offset for a balanced, easy fit. Once torqued down, it provides a solid connection that stays true through long hauls and daily use alike.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Sendel 14 inch by 5 1/2 inch series T09 black machined aluminum trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. Now this is an aluminum wheel, which is durable, lightweight, and rust proof. We mentioned it's the Sendel series T09, and you can see it's a five spoke design wheel, has a glossy black finish, and then they have a machine finish on the face of the spokes and on the lip. The front and the back of the wheel are clear coated. And this is a high quality wheel.
It does meet the DOT Department of Transportation specifications and the SAE J1204 standards. Now if you notice, this wheel does not include a center cap. If you do want a center cap, we do sell those separately on our website. You do wanna make sure to get a center cap that'll have the same diameter as the pilot hole right here 'cause when you do install your center cap, it will install through the hole. The diameter on this pilot hole is 3.19 inches.
A few measurements on the wheel itself. The diameter of the wheel, which is always measured inside to inside, is gonna be 14 inches. And you can see if we put our tape measure on there, inside to inside, there's your 14 inch measurement. The width on the wheel is gonna be the same way. It's bead seat to bead seat.
Our inside to inside, 5 1/2 inches. Now the bolt pattern on this wheel is a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. And if you want to measure that on a wheel that's an odd number of lugs, like in this case, five, what you'll need to do is just pick any one of the holes, let's say this one, and then you're gonna measure across to either one of these holes right across from it. But when you measure, it's from the center of the starting hole to the furthest edge of whichever hole you measure to. So on this, it'll measure 4 1/2 inches.
So that means it's a 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern. This does use a wheel lug size of 1/2 inch by 20, and the weight capacity on this wheel is 2,200 pounds. But that should do it for our look at the Sendel 14 inch by 5 1/2 inch series T09 black machined aluminum trailer wheel with the 5 on 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern.

Two identical rims, two different size center holes. Customer service didn’t seemed concerned or bothered that this was a serious problem. I wish I hadn’t purchased from etrailer. 1st and last dealings with them.
