I need a trailer wheel that is 14 inches Dia. with 4.5 hole and the center hole is 2.5 or 2 5/8 inch. Where can I get these at?

Assuming that by 4.5 hole, you mean that your hub has a 5 lug on 4-1/2 inch bolt circle, we do indeed have a 14 inch diameter wheel that has a 2.62 (2-5/8) inch diameter pilot hole. The Dexstar 14 x 5-1/2 conventional steel wheel, part # AM20304 would work well for you.
