When you’re towing serious weight, you need a tire that won’t flinch. The Tamarack ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire has a Load Range E rating with a 10-ply construction that carries up to 3,520 lbs at 80 psi. The sturdy sidewalls and radial design are built specifically for trailers, giving you stability and long tread life for highway use.
This tire is ready to roll at real highway speeds without excess heat buildup. Its radial construction keeps rolling resistance low and steering smooth, while its 75-mph speed rating (L) means it’s designed for confident travel over long distances. Whether it’s a weekend trip or a full haul across the state, it stays composed mile after mile.
Tamarack’s radial tread design uses ribs with breaks and thin grooves cut into the rubber to channel water away from the tread surface. That siping improves traction on wet, snowy, or icy pavement, helping the tire maintain solid contact with the road. It’s a practical upgrade for anyone who tows through unpredictable weather or changing seasons.

Inside the casing, double steel belts are wrapped with double nylon plies and a protective nylon overlay to help prevent tread separation. That layered build supports even wear and adds durability under load, so the tire holds up well when you’re running heavy or logging long highway hours.
Flats happen—but Tamarack includes 2 years of complimentary roadside assistance that covers flat tire service anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico. One call brings help to replace your flat so you can get back on the road without stress.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
